    Your purchase includes one year of free updates. After the initial year, you may continue using the current version of the software indefinitely, but further updates will require an additional purchase.

You must also ensure that the software is not redistributed in a way that allows reuse by applications other than your own. Redistribution or resale of the source code is prohibited.

    7. Refunds

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
